Join the Livonia Civic Arenas team as a Building Maintenance HVAC technician! We are seeking a skilled individual to help maintain our facilities and ensure they are in top condition for our patrons.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
2. Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems
3. Basic knowledge of minor plumbing.
4. Basic knowledge of general maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Inspect and repair boilers
6. Work with blueprints and wiring diagrams
7. Basic knowledge of Auto maintenance for Zamboni routine maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems or Principals
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
